Hi,
Where is the Agent Transfer Logfile located if it is enabled under system settings?
I am trying to track transfers from agents to external numbers (both blind and 3-way).
Config:
VERSION: 2.9-441a
BUILD: 140612-1628
Asterisk: 1.8.23.0
PS: I know it's an old build. Client does not want to move away from it. Any help would be appreciated.

I think it shows up in the agc web directory, and I think it's transfers of calls to agents, not external transfers from agents.

I scratched around in the web directory but couldn't find anything. Is there any other way to possibly track calls that were transfered to an external number?

The name of generated file should be "xfer_log.txt". But referred to the code the system setting "Webroot Writable" must also be "1" in order to work.
