Call time issue - leads are not loading into hopper

Our server is running with IST (+0530). But in one of the campaign, we need to dial from 1300 IST to next day 0200 IST. Now we are using 24 hours Local call time in the campaign settings. But at midnight automatically the calls will drop for a second. I think this behavior is because we set 24 hours call time (0000-2400).

We went through some articles and tried changing the local call time of the campaign as 1300-2600. But when we do so, the leads are not loading to the hopper.

Server time, PHP time and DB time are in sync.

Live calls won't be dropped, when they are out of call time. I think your problem has another reason, look here:
