My production environment (30 Seats inbound) running on vici ver 2.12-541a and we are not facing any challenges. I need your expert opinion either we should upgrade this environment to latest SVN? If yes what is the up-gradation process.
We are working for PCI compliance and current scan show vulnerabilities related to apache & mysql please advise.
VERSION: 2.12-541a BUILD: 160306-1053
Asterisk 1.8.23.0-vici, libpri-1.4.15 with DAHDI Version: 2.11
Dell R720 – No additional hardware.

There are known vulnerabilities in the version you are using. I would recommend upgrading to the latest svn/trunk.
First, backup everything on your system. Then download the latest svn/trunk revision and follow the UPGRADE instructions from the version you are on(2.12 instructions, then 2.14 instructions):
