I am facing the same problem and this problem is happening when transferring to extension, but if we are doing 3-way transfer to mobile or landline number, it is working fine and no problem. My installation details are:
vicibox 8.1.2, vicidial 2.14-714a, Build 190628-1511, asterisk 13.24.1-vici, Single Machine
So did anyone find a solution for this problem?
Actually, once the destination extension answer the call, then it is automatically hanged up and a message appear at the agent interface screen saying that:
XFER LINE HUNG UP
This problem was not existed when I used vicibox version 7.0.3 which was having asterisk version 11.22.0-vici.
Please, I need a help because we are not able to do transfer and this is needed in a lot of time!! Appreciate the kindly help and reply.
