Hi,

If you have 2 lists active in a campaign, how does the dialer pull from those lists? Does it mix them together or call them one at a time, and if the same record exists in both lists does it sort out the dupes and only call them once or will it call every record, whether its the same phone number or not?

What is the List Order set to in the campaign?

I didnt know there was a list order)) I’ll have to look tomorrow. I have one list of new businesses that has 125,000 records, a second list with 89,000 records. I tried to merge them using the list merge tool, I got a permission error, so I just moved that second list to the campaign the first list is in. I’m sure there is some overlap in these 2 lists, that’s why I am asking if the dialer will call the same number more than once in a campaign. I know when you load leads in a list it sorts out dupes, but if you just call multiple lists in a campaign would it call a number twice if it is present in both lists?

Down count is normally how I dial, is that what you meant?

Yes, that means that no matter the list, the leads will be dialed by least-called first. There is no duplicate checking in dialing, so you should de-dupe your leads before loading them into the same campaign.
