Hi,

Does a survey campaign require a minimum of 2 survey recordings? Or is it possible to transfer to a live agent after the first survey audio file?

Also, I dont see a way to use AMD in this type of campaign, is there one?

If I leave blank for the line for optin audio file blank, would a response of press-1 to the opening audio file go to the survey method (agent transfer is what I want to do)?

Hi John :)

Try to use edit rather then replying on your own comment till you get reply from community member,because it look like your question is attended by members.

now, yes you can transfer to a live agent after the first survey audio file.
If you leave blank in audio option to any ivr it shows error but if their is no restriction you can get agent transfer on pressing dtmf, I think in vicidial too, you can get transfer to agent.

Thanks that answered my question. I tried it and found that just leave the optin audio file blank, and the dialer will proceed to the survey method.

Is there a way to start with 8369 to sort out answering machines, and proceed to the survey?

- 8373 - Used for Answering Machine Detection after that same behavior as 8366
