DID Incoming Calls & Notification Options

Hi,

When I use did incoming calls when someone calls my did number I see the incoming call at the bottom of the screen, and the link for TAKE CALL, and if I pause and click on take call it works great. On my setup though the incoming calls show up at the bottom of the agents browser, and some of them cant see them unless they scroll down. So, what is the best way for agents to be able to see incoming calls, and is there a feature to make a sound or flash something on the screen when the incoming call comes in?

I have next agent call set to ring_all that’s why every agent has the option to take call i guess. If I change that value to say, oldest_call_finish, then the call will go straight to the agent and they wont have to see the incoming or click take call?
