Reinstall. Highly recommended. You should reinstall many times until you get used to it. Seriously.

We have new techs install many times on a Virtual Serve for practice. While virtual servers are only good for ONE agent, they're perfect for practice installs. Additionally, a "Final ... Hey this is exactly what I want!" can be backed up and restored from a Virtual server to a Physical server. Essentially giving you a Sandbox server to play with so you don't screw up the Production server.

Or specify what part of what you want to restore to default. Is it a campaign? A user?

You can also delete (drop) the database and execute the appropriate SQL scripts in /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk/extras to recreate it. But getting to that point requires more understanding of Vicidial than simply starting over from the .iso, deleting the partitions (which the .iso will do automatically), and reinstalling.
