For ingroup manual dial ...
we have 40+ closers who all have a their own DID and ingroup. We currently have them configured with Manual Dial CID set to agent phone and works perfectly however they are constantly moving seats which means updating their CID on each phone and each seat has 8 phones. With ingroup manual dial, is there a way to make the default method of manually dialing the 1 specific ingroup instead of having to select it everytime they want to dial out?

Nope, there is currently no option to default to an in-group manual dial. Although I'm sure something like that could probably be added as a new feature at some point.

I believe that webphone can possibly make your life easier cause you can have phone assigned to agent thus no need to update CID each time user change seat. (user will allays login with the same phone)

webphone would make my life easier for more reasons then just listed above. Is there a stable webphone that will run on firefox? Something long term and not experimental?

I have client that was using PBXWebPhone with more that 25 vici clusters deployments for more than 1y with no issues. Only limitation is that it works in Chrome only.
However I've implemented a gateway based version of webphone that supports all major browsers (Firefox, Chrome and even Microsoft Edge). This version is used in production with 5 vici clusters for more than 6 month without issues as well
