I would like to be able to play a different Agent Alert Filename for all my DID.
I see that the option is available in the Inbound group section but that wouldn't work for me since my configuration is like this :

SIP--> DID ---> Call Menu ---> Inbound Group ---> Campaign
Could it be possible to add instruction in the "Custom 1" field in the DID configuration ?
Should I change how I receive my Inbound calls setup ? Right now I have 2 Call Menu and 2 Inbound Groups to split english and french calls (both for reporting and custom Agent Alert Filename).
Creating a unique Inbound Groups for each did would be a bit crazy in this case, when the agent login, he have the option of choosing the inbound group he want to allow (en or fr). Adding 50 + Inbound group in this would make the login really difficult
