Real-time Report Stuck and not changing even though there are no more calls and already end of calling shift. Campaigns were set to 9am-9pm calling hours.
174 calls being placed | 174 calls ringing | 0 calls waiting for agents | 0 calls in IVR | NO AGENTS ON CALLS
Asterisk CLI confirms that there are no more calls on all telephony servers.
Some forum/support sites say It was caused by status junk in the database, which I can confirm and needs to be deleted manually.
My question is what's causing this issue and how to resolve it. I don't want manual deletion of these status junks.
Is there some cron jobs that I need to activate or commands add to the contab?
