Listen/ Barge calls directly from x-lite

Hello ,
I am using Vicidial and will make manual calls directly from x-lite not from the system. Is there any way to listen and barge agents using Real Time Reports or something else?

If you are on a single-server system it's easy, just dial the session ID of the agent you want to barge in on, or for listening dial 0 + session ID.

Yes I am using a single server. Can you please explain with an example because I have never did this before?
