Thanks for your quick response. Tell me if I can upgrade to latest version without too much troubles or if do you think, I must only apply the patch.

My advice:
1) Install Vicibox from the latest .iso into a hardware based server.
2) Backup your DB on the Goautodial server
3) Restore your DB on the Vicibox server you just built.
4) Upgrade the DB on the Vicibox server.
5) Run the IP update script. Edit the settings in admin->servers and admin->system settings.
6) Reboot
Advantages of this plan: Your new server will have much more power and you have NO risk of breaking the old system. You can also compare the two side-by-side (impossible if they are in the same virtual machine).
If you choose to upgrade in place, of course, be sure you snapshot before you begin. Just in case.
