If you upgrade, there is a new campaign option to automatically dial triggered USERONLY callbacks in MANUAL or INBOUND_MAN campaign dial modes.

Vicibox is the installation software. Not related to the ViciDIAL version which is the actual dialer software. It is possible to have the latest version of Vicidial with any previous version of Vicibox. Upgrade instructions are in /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk if you used a stock installer. Upgrading Vicidial doesn't alter your OS or installed packages, just the vicidial scripts and configuration files (web pages and perl scripts, etc).

If you upgrade and look at the HELP button output for the feature in question, it should guide you through the process. Reading the Manual may also be of assistance (EFLO.net, free and paid versions both available, start with Free ... move up to PAID as soon as you can, it has 200 more pages of detailed instructions).
