Hi
Is there anywhere a list available which explains what each vicidial database table is used for?
Thanks

Not really, but there are a lot of tables, the best thing to look at either the Manager manual available at eflo.net, or the help screen that is in admin.php, they explain most of the fields in most of the tables.

Hi
Thanks for the reply. The 2 tables I am specifically interested in is the VICIDIAL_LOG and VICIDIAL_AGENT_LOG.
I cannot figure out precisely what will be in the one table but not in the other

vicidial_log is based on calls, vicidial_agent_log is based on agent activity. A call that is in vicidial_log will not go into vicidial_agent_log if it does not get sent to an agent.

vicidial_log are the history of calls made where information came from vicidial_list, whatever is inside the table vicidial_list, after calling them, history for those calls will be placed inside vicidial_logs. as you see, lead_id field would connect vicidial_list and vicidial_log, if u delete one row from the vicidial_list, u will be able to view again a number's history of calls under vicidial_log table.
vicidial_agent_log are the realtime activities of the agents since they started logging in and out then log in again and also the different statuses they were able to tag for each list. if u wanted to further analyze this table u wil really need to read each of its field just to give you an idea of the contents of that table.
