Hello,

I cannot make the vidical working. I've set up needed software on single box with X100P card. I can call from my X-lite soft phone and receiving calls from ptsn. I've set up campaign load leads, but after logging to web client after few sec. I get pop-up window with message Noone is in your session: 8600051.
I think I install software according to scratch_install. Admin page says that there is 1 lead in hopper. There is appropriate value in vicidial_conferences in extension column.
In asterisk log or console there is no information after logging to web client.

Please help.

Have you defined the account in the astguiclient/admin.php and in the vicidial/admin.php

Does your phone (X-Lite or whatever you use) receive a call when you login? If not it is not setup correctly.

When you login to the web interface you should receive a call and when you answer it you will here a message (You are the only participant in this conference).

did you put the proper entries in your crontab? none of them seem to be running.

In astguiclent/admin.php I've 3 phones and conferences with number from 8600011 to 8600029 defined. In vidical I defined 2 users 1 campaign with 1 list.

My soft phone doesn't recive a call when I log in. I cannot see any action in asterisk console.
I can dail from soft phone the (8600051) conference number then the lady voice speaks You are the only participant ....

I have entry in root crontab. I've checked them all running manualy from shell. But the following two look suspicious

This script runs very slowly but it ends ok.

Which script should inject the data about the conference into asterisk and how it should look like?

if "screen -r" does not return a list of running screens(should be 4-6 of them) then your crontab scripts are not running properly.

Check that your ADMIN_keepalive scripts are running properly by running them with the --debugX flag to test them and post the output.

The error was in location of screen in my system and in the perl scripts.
