ibound calls and lead Id's

Hello to all, I am newbie in vicidial and I just wanna know if the dialer will always generate a different lead id in every inbound calls even if its the same number calling on that same day?

Depends on how you have it configured. The "Handle Method" is where you set this on the DID or Call Menu screen.
