Custom Report Creation

I need help with a report:

callback scheduled for a certain period Vs call-backs completion %. Can someone help me on the same plz.

What parameters should be selectable for this report? (date, date-range, campaign, list, user-group, user, etc...)

Is a "completed" callback one that has been attempted and receives any status, or does it have to receive a specific status or statuses to be considered completed?

parameters - Date-range, Campaigns,User Groups,Users; a completed callback will be a status other than "Prospect" (my own custom disposition)

Are you looking to pay someone to write this for you, or are you just wanting to know what SQL queries to run to generate the data yourself?

As a side note, if you have other consultants quote this, they will probably be cheaper than us, although we built all reports to be a part of VICIdial and will make it part of the codebase.
