Agent Performance Detail + some Modifications

i am a f*ck*ng Newbie in php ... so maybe someone can help me:

I am looking for an Agent Performance Detail Report what will show me ...
1.) the "status name" instead of the "status" ...
2.) the system statues groups like "sale", "completed" and more ...

soemone can help ?
