Outbound call flow for vicidial

I am a newbie in vicidial. I want to know about outbound call flow.
Can anyone tell me how to do outbound calls using vicidial's agent portal?
I am using zoiper softphone.

Yes, I have read it but I need some steps like you are described in another post. We can say it's configuration.
So end user can understand properly.
