guys on the attached screenshot can you tell what does those tabs stands for ?

"Called counts ..." is right there in the visible headline.

Each column represents a different number of times "called".

EG: Of all the leads whose present status is "AL", 21 of them have been called 8 times prior. Note that does not indicate that those leads have *always* been AL, just that the last call resulted in AL for each of those 21 leads.
