No More leads for this campaign ----Message

Dear All,

I am getting a message in web client agent screen that "No more leads in this campaign: campaign_name" when i give agent to access preview dialing / Click 2 call dialing. In the admin portal i can see leads in dial hopper .
I am using vicibox8 . Please also find detail version of vicibox

BUILD: 171028-0913
Agent: VERSION: 2.14-538c BUILD: 171026-0109

No More leads for this campaign

In the admin portal i can see leads in dial hopper

These are not the same thing. If leads are in the hopper, they are about to be dialed automatically, thus they should not be manually dialed by an agent. So are there available leads that are NOT in the hopper for this campaign?

Thanks for quick response. In progressive dialer it is working . When i select for manula dialing or click to dial then only i am getting message like "No more leads in this campaign"

I got my problem solved . There was database error

I restore database then it start working now
