Automate no answer/no good number stages and next action date (hotkey when no good number and no answer that increments Call day 1 to Call day 7, call week 2 to call week 4, call month 2 to call month 11 and call year +) also if predictive or auto dial when call times out then it should do the same.
Pull list in opportunity by owner to vicidial by tags, lead score, stages and by date range of next action (in a custom tab on agent screen)
We have to see name/contact, notes, lead source and score
We must be able to update notes, next action date and change stage manually with one click to save it all from vicidial interface.
Call redundancy and voice quality optimization with 2 to 3 providers with providers already installed and twillio that needs to be added
Would like to be able to txt customer and have customer inbound text messages update their opportunity in Infusionsoft
Automatically update Infusionsoft with recordings uploaded from vicidial
Can change caller id number and have multiple agents
Seperate tab where we can see the opportunity in infusionsoft and also another tab where we can see 10to8 webpage

If called through hotline with code dialled in call menu show what campaign it is
Be able to create contact and opportunity directly from vicidial on the fly when we have incoming call.
