Text to Speech Outbound Campaigns

Hi there!
My name is Juliano and I'm from Sao Paulo, Brazil. We have here one server with Vicidial and we use to make outbound calls. This is my fisrt post here, and I want to thank you for the vicidial system, it is very good software to use. By the way, I need some help.
I want to make a lot survey campaigns using TTS feature, but, unfortunely the Cepstral don't have a Portuguese Voice.
Because of this I want to know if there others company like cepstral to integrate with Vicidal or if it's possible to use a custom voice like Google Voice or a wav file create by our own.

Cepstral is the only TTS software we have integrated with. I am sure we could integrate with another solution, but I don't know of any that would offer batch Portuguese TTS as an application we could put on a Linux server like how Cepstral works.
