how to check survey capmpaign reports

Dear ALL,

I want to know how to check survey capiagn reports. I want to see how many callers has press 1 key for my survey campaign.

Hi Rajnishs91 I run survey campaigns also. You can check the stats at the bottom of each list you are calling. What you are asking about I think is the Survey Response Digit Map. In searching the forum I found this:

"Simple question that I cant seem to find out in the manual. Where do the responses from the Survey Response Digit Map get saved after the caller presses on of those options?"

vicidial_list.security_phrase

Then go into phpmyadmin or mysql and run the query "select count(*) from vicidial_list where list_id = 'yourlistnumber' and security_phrase = '1-INTERESTED'"
and you can query for your optout number and no response also.
