Is there a way to find out what calls were blind transferred, and by which agent and phone number ?
I cannot find any records in Select * from asterisk.user_call_log.

There are several methods of blind transfer, could you provide more detail on exactly how you are blind transferring calls?
As for most blind transfers, since no new phone call is being made, they will not show up in the user call log, only consultative transfer phone calls will show up there. If you want to log blind external transfers, we usually recommend routing those calls through the defaultlog context through a special dialplan entry.
