Custom fields and loading list

Hello;

vicibox 7.0.3, vicidial 2.12-15, Build 160508-0139, asterisk 11.22.0-vici, Single Machine

If I added custom fields to be used for the leads (which will appear on the agent interface), so how I can load these custom fields in the list or I have to fill direct in the database?

On the Admin GUI, go to lists, then the list you want to edit, go to the bottom where it says Custom Fields defined for this, and click on that, there you can define and position your fields. Then they will be on the agent screen under the FORM tab.
