Realtime shows 100 calls being placed BUT No calls in CLI

Hi,

Vicibox 8.0.1 (Asterisk 13.21.0-vici) + Remote WebRTC Agents (All of them)
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 2990
DB Schema Version: 1548
1 x DB + Web + Dialer - E3 1270 v6 + 16gb ddr4 + 256gb ssd (Load around 2-3)
2 x Additional Dialer - E3 1270 v6 + 8gb ddr4 + 256gb ssd (Load around 2-3)

125 max channels per Dialer (10 cps)

Roughly 10 agents per Dialer (using webRTC + viciphone)

30 agents + 1:12 agent:calls dialing ratio

Auto dialling was working fine until a few days ago...until it didn''t. No new leads, no new servers. This cluster was working fine for nearly 3 months.

So, the auto dialling works fine for some time and then realtime screen shows calls still being placed but cli is empty and carrier stats show 0.
Restarting the main server (DB + Web + Dialer) solves the problem.

++None of the tables have crashed in the DB
++The carrier has credit (The carrier stats in realtime screen show 0 while the calls being placed is usually 200-300...)
++The system load is around 2-3
++Hard drive does have 50% space

+We are restarting this cluster every night after the shift for asterisk's purposes.
+The call tables are archived daily to keep them small. Then they are optimised. Then the server rebooted.

+All calls are recorded + sent to remote FTP server.
+We use AMD on all calls


Can anyone please help me fix this issue?

Did you find out what could be causing this issue?

vicidial_manager table was running out of memory (it was a memory table)
I have increased the ram and this solved the problem (also in /etc/my.cnf)


The other alternative would have been to convert it to myisam.
