Hi Guys,
We experienced an issue where user is in paused status but it received an inbound call and resulted to DROP call, there is also 1 user who is in closer status and did not received the call at that time.

I would recommend upgrading to a more recent svn/trunk revision. We have fixed a lot of bug sin the last 3 years.
