Hi,

I have noticed that most of the call duration log like an epoch every time we dial the alt number. Sample below. Did anyone experienced like this before?

length_in_sec: 1525894572
alt_dial: ALT

VERSION: 2.14-617a

But under the AGENT ACTIVITY FOR THIS TIME PERIOD of the agent, the call duration is correct. When I use the "Export Calls Report" and "Export Leads Report" the duration is the wrong one.

Is there any option were I can extract the report same call duration with "AGENT ACTIVITY FOR THIS TIME PERIOD"?

That's usually caused by a configuration error, like a missing 'h' exten in the dialplan somewhere.

The agent activity you mentioned is tied to the agent and is stored in the vicidial_agent_log and is not used by the export reports.

Also, I would recommend upgrading to a more recent svn/trunk revision, we have fixed quite a few bugs in the last years.
