Agents View

On the agent screen there is a link at the bottom right called Agents View, which displays active users. Can this be turned off?

Not currently. The easiest way to effectively disable that is to create an empty User Group, and then select that User Group as the only selected one in the other user groups in the "Agent Status Viewable Groups" section.
