Alt Phone and address3

Hello;

vicibox 7.0.3, vicidial 2.12-15, Build 160508-0139, asterisk 11.22.0-vici, Single Machine

By using alt number dialing, I can use alt phone and address3 to be dialed, but because I need address3 for something other than phone number (I need to use it as address for the customer), how I can manage this? I need 3 fields to be used for address and none of them to be used for phone number, but at the same time I need to have the ability to call the 3 phone numbers: the main phone number and the alt phone and another phone number (like address3 to be another field), how?

Or, if it is must to use address3 for alt dialing as third phone number, then how I can have another field to be used for the customer address as third address?

There are many different solutions for your problem:
1. Define custom fields for a alternative address3 field
or
2. Use another Auto Alt-Number Dialing method like "MULTI_LEAD" or "EXTENDED"

But this field will appear in the form and not in the main vicidial agent screen, so the agent has to navigate to the form screen to see address3 that will be used for the address and for the alternative dialing.

MULTI_LEAD or EXTENDED dialing methods are only used for automatic dialing and not for manual dialing. I am using manual dialing.

3. Just use another pre defined field like "Security Phrase" or "Province"

This could be a useful idea as I am using manual outbound dialing, I can see Province field in the agent screen but I can not see Security Phrase, does it require any setting to be enabled and possible to be viewed?

No you don't need to enable it. "Security Phrase" is called "Show" in agent mask and it is located directly below "Phone" field.
But there is also another useful field "source code", which you can make visible in agent mask under your campaign settings: "Agent Display Fields" --> source_id (but it's readonly)

Agent Display Fields -This option allows you to display hidden fields as read-only in the agent screen. Available fields are entry_date, source_id, date_of_birth, rank, owner, last_local_call_time. Default is blank.

Regarding to alternative dialing, it is not possible to create custom field to be alt phone 2 and to be used for alternative dialing instead of address3?

This is no easy thing. You need to make changes on several places and files to achieve this. It is much easier to go the other way with an alternative field.
It is also possible to change the display label name in agent mask, so that e.g. "province" could be named "addressnew" (don't call it same as address3):
Admin --> Screen Labels --> Add a screen label and then modify screen label "Province" --> e.g. Addressnew

It is safe if I changed the label of the address3 to be alt phone 2 and the Province to be address3?

I didn't look if it is safe, but to make sure that there is no collision with the original names you need to change the label names always to something else than the pre-defined field names:
e.g.
address3 --> altphone2 (ok)
province --> addressx3 (not address3)
