Vicidial with seprate voicefiles

Dear Team,

Need help on the below.

am using astguicliengt 2.14.

Whilw using monior command we are getting two voicefiles as IN/OUT files..And in that one files contain the voice and another file is blank..

Can you help me to know that why the second file is blank?

And is there any option where can record both voices separately .

Like agent voice in one recording files and customer voice in another file..?? is there any option ??

These are pre-mixed recordings of meetme audio. There is no reliable way to separate participant audio recordings.

Dear Team,

Thanks for the replay.

I have made the changes in the dialplan and now am getting both party voice files separate.

Keep in mind that if you do any kind of 3 way calling, using separated recordings can result in one of the parties not being recorded.

Hai ,

I have not tried with 3 way calling .And when am using monitor command in outgoing dial plan and incoming dial plan ,am able to get separate voice files of agent and customer .But its not working in the case of ring agent and agent who is using mobile number as phone login.
