No, they are all just stored as NA, but it depends on your carrier, some will properly send the codes for Disconnects, so those will be recorded as DC in the system.

It might help, but it depends on your carrier. Do you have any DC status calls now that are coded that way be the dialer?

yes in our case we are getting some numbers coming in DC disposition
in lead set of 50,000 numbers numders coming in DC are around 1000 but numbers coming in NA are 28,000 so i was wondering what are these huge NA numbers are
probably because of imporper q931 Disconnect cause codes it is coming like this

the disconnect cause code are reperenseted in SIP by enabling a mapping of ISDN cause
code to SIP mapping on the voip gateway

and in our case case we have a cisco 5350 in LA which is connected to TDM switch of the
vendor i have told the vendor to pass all discoonct codes to my cisco and from there i am trying to enable mapping of sip to isdn cause code mapping on gateway lemme see
what improvements

please suggest any special setting which i may need to do at the asterisk or VICIDIAL end

thanks

take a look at the code in the Fast_AGI_log script in the VD_hangup section, there you will see what VICIDIAL looks for as far as ther termination codes go for Busy and Disconnect.
