Wrap up time format in report

Dear all,

The wrap-up time column in the "Export Call Report" is showing in date and time format of excel, whereas it should show the values in numbers (seconds).
Please assist me ASAP in getting this fixed.

I think this has just something to do with your excel cell format settings and is not a vicidial issue. Download the .txt report and open it with Notepad++ and then find the right wrapup time column. Is it there also in sqldate format?

No this is not an excel issue. For inbound calls, its showing correct. But for outbound calls, it is showing incorrect only.

I'm referring to your previous posts and give you the same advice as Matt gave you: Upgrade or even better reinstall your vicidial system. You wrote about customizations in your code, somehow you seem to have broken some elementary things.
