When using Disposition call URL, how can I tell if the call is inbound or outbound reliably?
And would it be still accurate if the call was later transfered to a closer?
Thanks!

You can look at the campaign variable and see if it is an in-group(inbound) or a campaign(outbound).
You will only be able to see the last leg that the call was on, so if it was transferred to a close, it would appear inbound because the last leg was inbound to an in-group.
