Autodrop = Redial in order to ring

We're having an issue like when we dial it autodrop/disconnect scenario but when we redial it rings, so we need to redial in order to ring. How to fix this kind of issue?

Also having a Congestion Cause:34 SIP ERROR 503

Please help us

Although I don't exactly understand what you are trying to explain, I think it could be a carrier or network issue. The SIP error 503 means that your carrier server is not available. Try another carrier first.

503 Service Unavailable
The server is undergoing maintenance or is temporarily overloaded and so cannot process the request. A "Retry-After" header field may specify when the client may reattempt its request.
