Dead Call keep recording

hi,

I am facing issue on call recording, when we make or receive calls, it start call recording, but when customer hangup the call, and agent does not hangup, (means agent is on Dead Call) the recording channel keeps up and calls get continuously recorded. I want to hangup right after when customer hangup the call, how I can achieve this?

That is not currently a feature.

You could also use the Campaign setting for Dead Call Max Seconds, to force the agent to hangup after X seconds in a DEAD call.

it actually disposed the call as well. agent wants to select disposition by themselves.

But there is also a "Dead Call to Dispo Only" option you can enable or you follow my solution from my previous post.
Dead Call to Dispo Only
If Dead Call Max Seconds is set greater than 0, this option can be enabled if you want to send the agent to the dispo screen after a dead call without automatically dispositioning it. Default is DISABLED.
