These extensions offers added features which usage is not very well documented. What they do is clear but how to configure them for desired effect is not.
It looks like Transfer-Conf DTMF and Transfer-Conf Number are used but if so what conference # do you enter there?
On the other hand these are only two options and I'm sure more can be had.

just take a look at the dialplan entries in the SCRATCH_INSTALL and in the agi scripts that they call to get a better idea:
8366 is for doing an IVR survey before sending to an agent
8372 is for playing a remonder for a client list and offering ability to leave voicemail

If you want to use it in a vicidial campaign, jsut go to the campaign detail page and put it in the VDAD exten field.

OK, I don't think you understand my question.
I know what extension to put in the VDAD field.
I see the Transfer-Conf DTMF field and can see that putting in a 1 will respond to the prospect pressing 1.
What is not clear is what conference to enter in the Transfer-Conf field. What would be a typical entry be?
Then I only see two key options, is it currently limited to only two key presses as is? Or does this require modifying the code, for additional options?

The two sets of fields have nothing to do with each other. The survey script must be edited in code to change it in any way.
