survey campaign direct to callmenu not working

I have setup vicidial campaign with survey option and directed to call menu, details as below

set campaign route extension to 8366
survey method is set to callmenu
Added one remote agent to start a campaign
Added list and leads to test
calls are getting dialed

Issue:
when calls are answered its not transferred to call menu but are hang up immediately

Any idea what can be the issue and how can i fix it

1) You tried really hard but you left off two important pieces of information. The BUILD for the Vicidial Version and the Installation method with Version (including a link to any instructions you used if you did not install from a Vicidial .iso installer). I'll give you credit for the attempt, though.

2) Since you were so thorough, you should probably also include your SVN revision level.

3) Most likely problem: "Survey No-Response Action" should be set to "OPTOUT":
Survey No-Response Action -This is where you define what will happen if there is no response to the survey question. OPTIN will only send the call on to the Survey Method if the customer presses a dtmf digit. OPTOUT will send the customer on to the Survey Method even if they do not press a dtmf digit. DROP will drop the call using the campaign drop method but still log the call as a PM played message status

Yes: This is the opposite of what it says it is and always has been. Not sure why. But there you have it.

4) Proper troubleshooting method (for your next problem relating to Surveys) is to start with a Default Campaign which will have a Default Survey. Test it to be sure it works as expected (including transferring to a live agent when expected ...). Change ONE thing. Test again. If your last change didn't work as expected, change it back to be sure it starts working again from your previous step to prove your last change really was the problem (and not that some moron changed your carrier settings while you were testing, for instance). Eventually it'll work perfectly or you'll bring a single setting challenge here and we'll talk you through it. I've never actually had to walk anyone through it after this advice, though. Slow, but works like a charm. If you can make yourself go ONE step at a time before each test.

My build details are as below same was included in my signature
server config: i3,4gb, Centos 6.9 64bit | Version: 2.14b0.5 | Schema: 1528 | revision 2928| Asterisk 1.8.0 | E1-card

Earlier I was not getting audio and calls were getting hung immediately after answer, but after changing dial plans as mentioned below by Striker i am now able to get audio

For PRI trunk you need to alter dialplan ( By Striker )

1. outbound dialing dialplan

exten => _XXXXXXXXXX,n,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _XXXXXXXXXX,n,Set(_Missing_CLID1=${CALLERID(all)})
exten => _XXXXXXXXXX,n,Dial(DAHDI/g1/${EXTEN},,tToR)
exten => _XXXXXXXXXX,n,Hangup()

2. Go to Extensions.conf and change the 8366 dialplan as below
; VICIDIAL_auto_dialer transfer script SURVEY at beginning:

exten => 8366,1,Playback(sip-silence)
exten => 8366,n,Set(CALLERID(all)=${Missing_CLID1})
exten => 8366,n,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => 8366,n,AGI(agi-VDAD_ALL_outbound.agi,SURVEYCAMP-----LB)
exten => 8366,n,AGI(agi-VDAD_ALL_outbound.agi,SURVEYCAMP-----LB)
exten => 8366,n,Hangup()

But still calls are not getting via callmenu
I have set Survey Method: CALLMENU , but no luck

I have tested callmenu via inbound calls its working fine, but not working with survey

Please guide me to fix it

1) What is the BUILD for your version of Vicidial? It's not in the list you provided. (example: VERSION: 2.14-665a BUILD: 180316-0751)
2) What method did you use to install your Vicidial server? A link to the installation instructions would be a very good idea unless you installed via the Goautodial .iso image. (example: Vicibox 8.0.1 or https://itsolutionworld.wordpress.com/2 ... on-ubuntu/)

However, the issue has been resolved
I had to keep the welcome audio file blank in survey so that it can skip to the callmenu
