announcement is very slowly

hi all,

when i login to the agent screen, the announcement "you are currently the only person in this conference" is very slowly and very hard to understand. also the voice quality is very poor.
whats wrong??

im using debian etch and gone through the scratch install.
everything is fine but........

im using ztdummy for timing. zttest says 99,9%

when i dial manually through the asterisk everything is fine.

its most cause network issue

but you were saying you could able to make call successfully

wht is softclient you are using, wht codec server and client side

network is working good, ping 5sec and no packet loss.
calls through asterisk = perfect
calls through vicidial = very bad
i can make calls but it sounds very badly.
voipclient is phonerlite, astgui is the newest version, asterisk is 1.2.22.
codecs alaw, gsm, g726
whe i log in to the astgui client, the anouncement "you are...." sounds like it is played in half speed and sounds very bad.
system load is ok

what zaptel source are you using.

SIP peering with what codec ?

im using app_meetme and tried zaptel 1.2.19 and the newest one.
sip peering is alaw and g726.
