Hello,

I'm trying to find how to use my provider's answering machine detection.

When a call is answered with voicemail detection, my provider returns a 603 Declined sip code.

Asterisk considers this SIP code as Busy/Congestion and calls are classified like "Busy" in my predective campaigns.

I would like to know how to change the mapping of 603 Declined in order to classify those calls as "Voicemail" in Vicidial.

You would have to alter the VICIdial code in several places to get it to work that way. There is no configuration option currently that allows you to map a SIP response code to a disposition.
