Issue with Audio Store

Hi There,

I cant open "Audio File List" as its got hanged every time i click into it and same thing happening when i try to select ivr file from Survey menu.
Its like freezing/hanging and nothing coming up.

Central Sounds Control Active is 1 and Sounds Web Server ip is same as dialer ip .

My Sounds Web Directory: wtvd8h32gv1n3n6v7ht3yfq1cf7zgn and I created folder by using random words and also assign permission into it.Also tried command /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_audio_store_sync.pl --upload from cli but no result as of now ...

Please Advise with further troubleshooting steps ...

if you do a wget to the store using the URL you entered into "Sounds Web Server" in the system settings do you get an error?

Also try

/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_audio_store_sync.pl --debug

for a more verbose output
