[RESOLVED] phone login and password are not active in system

Hi,

Am using
Vicidial: VERSION-2.14-691a BUILD: 180924-1731
Asterisk: 14.7.7
Mysql: Server version: 5.6.41 MySQL Community Server (GPL)
Followed Scratch installation of Vicidial

When am trying to logging into Agent Web Page
1 - Phone Login (username=1001, password=1234)

am trying to login to agent page to make a test call to/from the soft phone that is configured and already registered with asterisk...but am not able to it..it is giving Phone User Login Error...am I missing something...can you help me with it.

If you can check, you have created the phone ids as per the credentials that you have entered in agent login.
You can find them here. Admin>>Phones>>Add A New Phone

Thanks it worked...the problem was the logins that i was creating
