Is there a way to disable the agent's "Enter pause code" button when they are already on pause? We have agents who are abusing this to reset their pause timers on the realtime main report.
Alternatively can consecutive pauses be displayed in a cumulative time on the RTMR rather than reset each time they use this button when already on pause?

That is not currently an option. It would probably be 2 hours programming time to add that as a campaign option.

Awe dang. Thanks for your reply though.
The info is still there from the agent stats so I'll have the supervisors check there for agents suspected of abusing it for now.
