Hi Guys, i already have activated the Soundboard for vicidial and its pretty working well but if i may ask do we have this features on our SOUNDBOARD somehow, particular functions like this:

1.Input Box with Pre-typed response- are where you type in the codes which contain anticipated responses typed beforehand.
2.Voice and Sound Detector – it shows you that the VP detects sound from either a speaking customer and their background or the VP recording itself.
3.Progress Bar -represents the length and duration of the voice recording that is currently playing.

Let me know for any idea. Thanks a lot

1. I have no idea what this means, you will have to explain it in more detail.
2. No, there is nothing like this as a feature
3. There already is a progress bar in the VICIdial Agent Audio Soundboard for the current audio file that is playing

Where do i see this progress bar somehow, can you point on what part of the avatar menu it appears.?

The progress bar should be right below the red "stop audio" bar in the top right corner:
