If you used VicidialNOW for your initial setup and you are having trouble please post in the VicidialNOW section of the forums. This section is for people who need support and followed the scratch installation. VicidialNOW is a seperate project from Vicidial and has unique problems related to it.

? Um ... my understanding:

Support is for Vicidial support, regardless of installation method, as long as the support is NOT related to the installer (such as trying to upgrade from VicidialNOW or GoAutodial to stock Vicidial, which is obviously related to the installer).

Vicibox board is for installation issues with Vicibox

VicidialNOW/GoAutodial board is for installation issues with those packages.

Am I wrong?

Why is the term VicidialNOW still used in the forum? Isn't this a retired name? If i go here i only see references to plain Vicidial: http://www.vicidialnow.com/

Just cuz we've stopped using it doesn't mean there are zero installations out there.

I've had recent occasion to upgrade folks from Vicidial 2.0.5. No recent VicidialNOW's but several old goautodials. I think he just wanted a google hit to help people post to the right board. But I'm guessing.

vicidialNOW started the whole auto installer shebang.

Of course there are people who are still using it.

It should have been edited to vicidialNOW/goautodial thing lol.
