agent can not hungup customer calls.

Agents loged in from other counry through internet. talking voice between customer and agent is good.

Sometimes, when the agent click the hangup costomer, the button is still enable status. no reaction. the talking is still continuing.

what happened?

try to use asterisk 1.2 instead of 1.4

The latest versoin from the 1.4 branch is 1.4.11. Are you sure you're using 1.4.14?
