Hi friends,
I am facing a problem a that when agent is paused CRM will logout automatically after 30 minutes, how ca n i recover that problem.
Please help me to recover it .

I have noticed that when an agent is paused for more than 30 minutes, then his/her name will no appear on the real-time screen anymore. But the agent is not logged out because when they click 'resume' they appear again.
I'm planning to look into the code to see why this is happening and maybe make it configurable whether the system should hide inactive users or not.

It's a hard-coded timeout in the timeonVDADall PHP report page. You should be able to change the code for your needs.

oh yes, i finally found it... it's line 723.
i might bang a quick patch together to make it configurable...
