differences between vicidial_log & vicidial_list

Postby schernit » Sun Sep 16, 2007 6:12 pm

I have many differences:

1 - If I make a Manual Dial from a List and I hang up 2 seconds later Vicidial don´t record it on the table. Sometimes Vicidial hangup but don´t show the Disposition form and You can only logout (you can´t make any phone operation because all buttons are disabled). When this happen the record stay with 'INCALL' on vicidial_list and the next time the agent log in it is converted to 'N'

2 - If I marl a record as a Callback & then I made the callback but when being on the call I loggedout withoud disposition the call I will have 2 records on vicidial_log (CBHOLD, INCALL) and only one on vicidial_list (INCALL) that will be converted to (N) the next time user log on into the system.

I found many other issues. Is this the way vicidial works or do I have a bug on this version (the latest)

THANKS !

If you logout before dispositioning a call it will stay as INCALL.

Does anything appear in the Firefox Javascript concole when this happens?

Does this happen on every call?

Does this happen if you wait 10 seconds before hanging the call up?

No. It happens sometimes when hanging up the call. Only 5% of the calls doen´t allow agent to dispose the call and the agent need to close the Firefox and start everything again.

What is the loadavg on your web server/db server/asterisk server when this happens?

Did you apply the CLI concise patch to Asterisk before compiling it?
